What is VLC?
Vibrant Life Choices is a guided wellness program from Sun Health that fits your life. It’s rooted in behavioral science and wellness research to keep you motivated, engaged, and on track. We help you increase energy, clarity, and resilience while reducing stress and wellness decision fatigue.
Can you explain membership and pricing?
We offer four membership plans designed to fit your goals and level of support—each with no hidden fees. Every plan includes monthly 1-on-1 meetings with your Wellness Navigator.
- Standard – $420 (3 months) Coaching plus access to online resources and Dorvie concierge services.
- Preferred – $1,300 (6 months) Coaching plus 10 monthly service credits.
- Preferred – $2,500 (annual) Coaching plus 10 monthly service credits.
- Elite – $4,000 (annual) Coaching plus 20 monthly service credits.

What is a Wellness Navigator?
A Wellness Navigator is your dedicated guide. They review your goals and help you select the services that fit your wellness plan, including coaching, nutrition, and mental health support.
How does the program work?
Here’s how VLC works step-by-step:
- Start with your personal Wellness Navigator.
- They help you create a wellness plan that’s uniquely yours.
- You’ll choose from coaching, nutrition, and mental health support to align with your goals.
Can I choose my own wellness goals?
Yes. You decide what is most important to you, and we help you create an actionable plan to achieve it.
How do I log into the member portal?
Click on the “Member Portal” button at the top of the website. If it’s your first time using your firstname.lastname and the password, you created when you joined.
I forgot my password the member portal. How do I reset it?
Use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset it. If you need more help, contact our team.
Where can I get assistance with booking services?
If you are having trouble booking services, please contact your Concierge directly using (928) 356-6157.
What is the value of one point?
One-point equals $10, making it easy to see the real value of your monthly credits.
How do points work within my plan?
Each plan includes a monthly allotment of points to use on wellness services, programs, and resources that support your goals. Points refresh monthly.
Can I get more points if I need them?
Yes. Additional services can be scheduled on a fee-for-service basis. VLC does not add fees—the member pays only the vendor’s cost.
Do unused points roll over?
Yes, unused points carry over to the next month.
Can I track my points?
Yes. Your points and usage history are available in your VLC member dashboard, or your Wellness Navigator can assist.
Are points refundable?
Points used for services are generally non-refundable. Vendor cancellation policies apply if a service is canceled or rescheduled.
How does scheduling and payment work?
VLC coordinates and schedules services with approved providers and pays the vendor directly. Members do not pay vendors unless they choose to leave a tip.
How do credits and pricing work?
Credits reflect the actual vendor cost, typically $10 per credit, with no added fees. Prices vary by service, but credits are applied based on the negotiated vendor price.
Are there services that cost no credits?
Yes. Several zero-credit services are included to enhance your membership at no extra cost.
