You may pay for your orders of event tickets or donations with major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, Sun Health accepts American Express®, Visa®, MasterCard® and Discover® Card.
After you place an order for event tickets on the Websites, we will check the information you give us for validity by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. Sun Health reserves the right to reject any order you place with us and/or to limit quantities on any order without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you have given us with the order. Your credit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your credit card.
IX. Termination
These Terms of Use are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these terms at any time by discontinuing use of the Websites and destroying all Materials obtained from the Websites and all copies thereof, whether made under these Terms of Use or otherwise. Your access to the Sun Health website may be terminated immediately without notice from Sun Health if in our sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Use. Personal Information about Children
Sun Health websites are intended for use by adults, and strictly prohibit use by those under the age of sixteen (16). Sun Health posts all changes to its Privacy Policy using a banner on the home page for seven consecutive days following the effective date of the modified privacy statement. Use of our website after any change constitutes approval and acceptance of the change.

Memberships canceled within seven (7) days of joining are eligible for a full refund. After seven days, members must provide 30 days’ written notice. This ensures fair scheduling of coaching sessions and points-based benefits and prevents improper use of services. Prepaid months beyond the notice period may be refunded on a prorated basis if no services or benefits have been used.
